It’s not the big actions that make a difference in your life, it’s the little things you do every single day that either nudges you closer or further away from where you want to be.⁣⁣

Look, it's hard to eat out and lose weight, and to be honest - you'll do so much better if you're cooking most of your food but...

Drink a Full Glass of Water Before Your Meal

Our bodies are about 70% water so when we don’t have enough you will feel the effects. You’ll notice fatigue and hunger (have you seen the snickers commercial?) as the two most prominent symptoms. So when you’re drinking enough water you’re body will be happy and it’s easier to make adultish decisions with your food :)

Go For The Option With Less Carbs & Fat

When you make choices like no bread, grilled instead of fried, and substitute condiments like mustard or balsamic instead of mayonnaise or ranch you’ll be shocked how much they make a difference in how you feel and your waist line measurements. Don’t strive to eat 100% perfect or clean but shoot for the good ol 80/20 rule; 80% healthy, whole foods and 20% fun foods.

Focus on Your Proteins & Veggies/Fruits First.

When you dive into that delicious food, think about your protein and veggie/fruits first. Your protein is going to make sure your body is repairing itself, building a strong metabolism, and keeping you satisfied. Your fruit/veggies are giving you your vitamins, fiber, and many of the micronutrients you need to ensure a long and healthy life. Plus they usually are much lower in calories so you can eat more without feeling bad about it.

You don’t need drastic changes to have a HUGE TRANSFORMATION!

When you’re out to eat…find two ways to make your meal a little bit healthier & you'll be surprised at what it will do to your health & hotness.
