Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your membership.
⚔️ Cancel Code of Honor
FiT PRiNT cancel window:
Personal Training: cancel at least 12 hours before
Group Classes: cancel at least 6 hours before
But exciting news is you have access to a Late Cancel Feature right in the app!
If you miss the window, you’ve got two options:
Lose the session (no action needed, just give us a heads up that you wont be coming), or
Reclaim your session by paying a $10 Late Cancel Fee — it’ll automatically credit your session back so you can rebook! You can now do it up to the minute of your session directly in the app.
And as always, you can text us at 407-668-4992 for a heads up if you can’t make it!
🗓️ Slaying Session Scheduling
Scheduling is smoother than ever.
Here’s how it works now:
Your sessions drop weekly, based on your training frequency.
Example: If you train 2x a week, your 2 sessions appear every Monday — no matter when your billing day falls.
If you have unused sessions for the month, you can request to roll them over for one extra month to use them. [Click here for form]
Requests only go back one month — anything older than 1 month is lost to the fitness void (aka expired 🥲).
Moral of the story: keep training, keep booking, keep slaying.
💳 Billing Basics
Billing happens every 4 weeks on the same day each cycle.
Example: If your bill hits on a Friday, it’ll always drop every 4th Friday.
Your new sessions will still appear that Monday before your billing date — so you’re ready to go right away!

If you book a class but don’t attend, a $10 Late Cancel Fee will apply.
This helps us keep everyone accountable, respect your coach’s prep time, and make sure every spot gets filled with a motivated ninja ready to crush it!

Here’s what you’ll find:

Remember — consistency is the secret weapon.
Healthy fat loss = 0.5 to 2 lbs per week
Muscle gain = 0.5–1% of your body weight per week when you’re 90% consistent
Slow and steady = strong and sustainable 💥
And if you haven’t already, ask about our Ninja Nutrition System to level up your progress with a plan that fits your goals. We cycle through our NNS Four times a year on specific start dates.

True ninja rule: leave only your sweat behind.
Please return your weights and equipment to their homes after each session so no one ends up doing accidental parkour over a dumbbell.
