You Don’t Need to Get Healthier

You don't need to get healthier and here's why...

No one can convince you that your health is important except you. & you don't have to do anything because you are the driver of your life.

But regardless if your health & fitness is a priority right now you only have 2 choices!

& number 2 is my favorite.

1/ Start working on your health when you NEED to.

This is painful because you'll probably be surprised when it happens. You'll spend lots of money on doctor appointments & medications.

You might have guilt for waiting and not having the quality of life that we all should have access to as we get older.

2/ Start working on your health NOW.

This is also painful because you'll be sore and uncomfortable from exercise. You'll have to make time for it and spend money on preventive things like food & fitness.

You'll have to make substitutions and say no to things every now & then.

Most people will decide to NOT DECIDE which feels good because it seems like you're not saying no but later. But the reality is no decision is a decision. It's choosing no and procrastinating the clarity!

So regardless of how busy you might be, how you physically look, or how unaware you might be of where your health is right now...you will have a pain to choose and that might proactively be now or reactively be later.

But it will come and what actions you take now are a leading indicator of what the future will look like. It’s the small decisions that matter!

Laying one brick every day can build a house that can withstand years of uncertainty.

And not laying any bricks just means you’ll certainly be uncovered when those storms in life come.
